- Lead and manage highly complex IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, infrastructure, and vendor resources.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and executive presentations.
- Drive project governance, compliance, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Support technology initiatives involving application development, software upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and cloud-based solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to project team members.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and transition-to-support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive project management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT projects and programs.
- Proven experience leading:
- Application Development Projects
- Software Refresh/Upgrade Initiatives
- Infrastructure Modernization Projects
- Cloud Technology Implementations and Migrations
- Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and cost forecasting.
- Expertise in project lifecycle management including:
- Requirements Gathering
- Design
- Development
- Testing/Pilot
- Training
- Implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
